What it is
A warm salad of minced pork, chicken, duck or fish with lime, chili, shallots, mint and toasted ground rice, which gives it a nutty crunch. Eaten with sticky rice and a pile of fresh greens.
How to order it
Larb moo is pork, larb gai is chicken.
