What it is
Chicken marinated in garlic, coriander root and pepper, then grilled slowly over charcoal. Usually served with a sweet chili sauce or jaew, a smoky dried-chili dip.
How to order it
Order it by the half (khrueng tua) or whole (tua) with sticky rice and som tam.
